Most of it was nice and easy. The online portal made it really easy to provide the documents needed. The only negative is the persistence of email's, text messages and phone calls. That got a little annoying since most of them were automated and were not necessary since the account manager called and messaged me frequently.

The fact that we could reach and actually speak with either of you when we had questions made it possible. We also really value how understanding and pleasant our experience was. The process did seem to take longer than expected.
