Overall process was comfortable. It was fast paced and efficient. Communication was more than adequate. Only thing I didn’t appreciate was how closing was handled. Didn’t find out until day of that getting payment to creditors would be my responsibility and instead of giving me funds lump sum in my name checks were generated on individual accounts and forced me to purchase envelopes, postage but more importantly had to look up addresses to mail payments to. Been so much east and faster to have let me process them electronically.

I didn’t like how the roof had to be repaired and the new one had to be put on the house BEFORE I got the loan approved. I have ever heard of that before in my life. I couldn’t get the roof on the house without the money first. What if the loan didn’t go through how was I going to pay for it, then I am stuck with a roof that I couldn’t pay for, it was hard trying to talk a roofing company into fixing the crack in the shingles, and put on a new the new roof before the money was approved or given to me before it was applied. They have never heard of that themselves. Other than that Karla K, and Jessica W. Were all great and helped me Through the loan process . I give them a 10
The process went very smoothly and I attribute that to Nicholas and Shawna. They were very professional and truly cared about the customer by returning calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. I feel the company is blessed to have both of them playing an active role both professionally and with empathy.
