Great customer service
The loan processor Deneen S. was fantastic and made everything go smooth. She was on top of the loan and informed us every step of the way. The customer portal can use some improvements as it had some technical glitches preventing uploading of certain documents and e-signing. One thing that was confusing was too many entities with different names in processing, approval, and closing process that were contacting you.However overall we were very satisfied.
I was pleased that each person that took part in this process, was respectful, patient, and helpful. Collecting needed documents was tedious on my part; but everyone was willing to bear with me. Thanks.
