I purchased two Antler suitcases in March. After a single international trip, one had a wheel detach and the other had stitching come apart. I approached Antler for a remedy, but they insisted the damage was caused by the airline and not a product issue. They also directed me to a repair center over two hours away for assessment, which I found unreasonable. Despite raising my concerns through the proper channels, they refused to address what I believe to be a significant durability issue for luggage. My experience was disappointing, and I would caution others to be aware of the customer service response if something goes wrong!
