Sturdy and robust with nice design. Wheels run well, zips, compartments and locks all function well. Lightweight. USB charging port on exterior of hand luggage is a handy feature.
The minute l opened my parcel, l realised I was disappointed with the product. I emailed Customer Service immediately knowing l would get a response, and l did. Catherine was amazing. She heard my concerns and offered guidance as to what my options would be from that point. She gave me time to think and once l decided l did not want to keep the products, she was quick to walk me through how to return them. Simple step by step guidance. This has given me confidence to return the goods as l have never returned a delivery, let alone an Antler product. This level of service is remarkable and imperative. Antler has been around for decades and a leader in design. You got lost a little until we saw July step up. Keep attention on Design, quality, colour, purpose and functionality. Tell a story in your ranges and backed up with Customer Service and your people like Catherine, you have a winning formula. Tomorrow l will post back to you my return and l anticipate my full refund.
