Absolutely useless, had it less than a month, the chiller doesn't work properly and I have to turn the machine off daily for it to work again. Now it's stuck in descale mode and has been descaling for almost 2 hours. Definitely wouldn't recommend this product there are better out there.
Yesterday I found on the bottom of the water tank some carbon probably from the filter evolve plus. I got video and pictures which makes me concerned .Tried to contact company on their number which is chargeable they do not have mail only from Im using optima water filter for long time now I don't know I'm concerned regarding what I saw on the bottom.
Do not buy this product! We have bought originally Aqua Optima Aurora from Amazon and it broke within year, we have had replacement one from Aqua Optima and not even year after it has broke again!! We have contacted Aqua Optima company which is refusing to replace machine and exactly as I read from other customers in similar situation they, even though law states we have 6 years for faulty goods to be replaced they are refusing to do so!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
do NOT buy once ot goes wrong and it will they offer no repair or parts service regardless of their legal obligation , what you end up with is a very expensive lump of land fill the filters cause problems both in taste and quality as well as clogging the machine up with scale to the point it took 15 litres of vinegar to get it to work again ONLY for it to trip the RCD and knock my kitchen off for an hour , its dangerous and unfit for purpose and you can NOT get replacement parts
cannot get in touch about a damaged item,the aqua optima aurora hot water dispenser ,two where i work have all broken down after 1 and a half years so out of warranty. i also bought one for home which has also broken tryed to get in touch but cannot get through to them
