I signed up for Art Storefronts years ago, but I don't use it anymore. They charged my account $600 without warning this year. I called the number on their site, but the only person I could reach was in sales. No customer service department by phone. I emailed customer service. The rep agreed that if I had known to reach out a day before the charge, they would have not charged me. Instead, they canceled my NEXT payment (12 months later) and said I have one more year to use a service that I don't use. If they offered a refund, it would be fine. But I will never use the platform and can't recommend this company.
With ArtStorefronts, you have more than a website, you have a whole sales and marketing team behind you. They have schedules for you to follow on holidays, webinars Monday through Friday and they're constantly coming up with new ideas to inspire and help you sell. Tech team has been fantastic and so understanding- I'm a dinosaur, years past growing up with computers and they keep my freak-outs to an absolute minimum! And the podcast- who doesn't love Patrick?! Informative and awesome fun to listen to.
