I have a problem. My age. Lack of technical computer experience to keep my product including new names of art, Arty suggestions, and more. I am serious considering canceling my program. I met with an outside source who indicated that I also need to be TikTok and Etsy. I just can’t do that. It takes a day to even pay bills. My health and that of my husband’s are not great. I live in constant pain. I need to live. I want to paint but not now. I believe I am not just one example of seniors finding computer experience difficult. ( I failed 3 Adobe classes) . A suggestion: special program designed for seniors where they hire you to do the computer work.
Saterday afternoon I send a mail with a technical question and monday morning he answer was allready dear.

The customer service is outstanding as is the technical support. There are some hurdles, it’s not just plug-in play so you have to invest some time to get the site up and running. Most importantly, formatting your work and getting it uploaded. Connecting to your domain, another technical hurdles will be supported by their great tech team. The ability of customers to self service works great for the product line they offer, my favorite part is the ability to view a piece on your wall, a common practice now, but when I started with them, it was not Bay Photo is also exceptional when you deal with them through Art Storefronts or personally. My only wish is that they would include some of the large larger sizes, especially on metal that Bay Photo is capable of producing and shipping. That has become my market. I had to develop a workaround where customers called me personally which I prefer for large sales like that. Not everyone can afford it, but personally as an artist, I like seeing my work at that scale, not necessarily on coffee cups, and T-shirts and what not. In fact, I’m moving towards that scale exclusively. Art Store Fronts is trying to work with me, but I wish they could just open up those sizes and make them available to customers because they’d be able to see those pieces on their walls at least in a virtual format as part of their decision-making to spend thousands of dollars.

A google form makes filling it out easy and the service is great for me. Once the images are loaded properly, I can add my own descriptions, etc. I will take advantage when I'm ready to spiff up my home page.Thanks!
COMPLAINT: I am writing to formally complain about Art Storefronts’ ongoing inability to deliver the product and services that were promised to me. I have an extensive email trail documenting repeated issues, commitments made by your team, and deadlines that were not met. I have requested a refund of my initial payment, however your team has advised that a refund is not possible. I paid for this service in good faith and did not receive what was promised. As a result, I have suffered a financial loss and considerable frustration. This has been a horrendous experience.
