Horrible experience. I was paying over $1,000 per month for their subscription and took a short break from my business for my wedding and honeymoon. When I returned, I had over a million credits, so I canceled my subscription temporarily to catch up on using the unused, already paid‑for credits, fully intending to resume my subscription afterward. Instead, they removed the credits I had paid for; I estimate they wiped out about $3,000 worth of unused credits. I explained that my intent was to stay with them and continue my subscription once I used those credits, but it’s clear they care more about short term revenue than long term customer relationships. It’s especially disappointing because I just scaled my sales team and would likely have needed to upgrade my account after using those credits. I’m now actively looking at competitors that aren’t as greedy and actually value long term business relationships over quick cash grabs. Sucks, but happy it happened early on, this is not a company that values you or your business, just your wallet.
Absolutely a scam. I've been paying three months without knowing because these people dont send you anything via email. Deleting your account is not possible. Had to search where you can cancel your subscription. One try resulted in a few seconds vid which was bad quality. DO NOT RECOMEND
I can understand AI outputs being imperfect. What I struggled with was the overall experience as a paying customer. Credits disappear very quickly, even when the generated results are incomplete or unusable, and there’s essentially no flexibility once they’re consumed. In practice, it turns into a very expensive trial-and-error process. The platform repeatedly encourages experimentation with prompts and models, but every failed attempt still costs credits, which adds up fast. Customer support was polite, but ultimately the response was just repeated policy explanations with no meaningful resolution. There may be users who find value in it, but based on our experience, the pricing model and actual user experience felt heavily mismatched.
Horrible. The models are worse than the source provider. Overpriced. Way too many limitations on length for the cost. The website sucks. Complete waste of money.
I subscribed to the wrong plan, and I asked to switch to my desired one. Customer service resolved it with no further questions asked and even refunded the extra money that wasn't needed for the new subscription. All was complete within one business day.

Everything was fine, until I needed to cancel my subscription. This is the most complicated, most severe, and most troublesome cancellation process I have ever seen. All I can say is, when it comes to trapping users into their subscriptions, no one does it better than them.
I saw so much hype on social media about this “amazing” video generator, so I paid $20 for 16,000 credits. My first video alone cost 3,000 credits. I wrote a detailed prompt explaining exactly what I wanted, and the result was horrible!! Character hands were inverted, objects made no sense, letters on the video were just random gibberish, and overall it felt like using an outdated AI model. I tried making a few more videos hoping it would improve, but the results were still awful. Before I knew it, my credits were gone. What makes it worse is that they don’t even let you buy extra credits separately, you’re forced into a monthly subscription. The criticism this app gets is fully deserved. The quality is nowhere near what’s advertised. Honestly, I can make better videos for free on CapCut.
Very complicated website. Kept getting errors on the videos I would try to make. Customer service was sloppy and they kept just repeating the same copy and paste policies instead of treating me like a human being. 0/10

Music service is pretty good. Video generation is awful. Not because of the generators, but because they have an opaque content policy that, from what I can tell, refuses to allow image 2 video generation if the woman has cleavage or a thigh visible. E.g. an athlete in a leotard.. nope she has thighs. A woman in armour with a skirt... nope there is a thigh showing. A woman in a black dress, nope she has cleavage. It's just bizarre and makes it unusable.
So bad, quality is terible, maby legs and torso in different directions, whatever i tred to do did not work, spent all tokens while tring to fix 1 scene for.
I tried to generate an AI video, 1st didn't upload the picture I wanted, then to generate the video I needed £140 a year, witch I agreed but after I singed up for that subscription, I need £200 a year to generate the video after all.. my video was never uploaded. They didn't want to give me my money back because they day that i alread used credits even thoughmy video was never made! This is now a bank dispute. Be very careful.. this is a complete scam!
This software is amazing. As an old school photographer (73), and a graphics designer for 40+ years, I am blown away by the ability to recover some near in-focus old images and mildly adjust the light to enjoy great results. That said, their customer service when I needed help, was equally impressive. I appreciate when a company is as responsive as these guys are.
