The entire experience was a positive one. I had questions about my orders that were answered in a timely manner being that we are on different time zones. Also, the unit came just as it was pictured on the photo when I ordered, and it is top quality.
I recently tried one of Ashimary Hair's glueless units to find an easy, everyday protective style. It is truly glueless and incredibly beginner-friendly. The HD lace is thin, melts easily, and the pre-plucked hairline saved me so much installation time. The package also came with great extras like melting bands. Overall, it's a super convenient option if you want a quick, beautiful install with minimal effort!

When something is done right, it’s worth talking about it……I have purchased various types of wigs from different vendors over the years, offering different experiences for the e d users. I want to first start off saying, I loved Ashimary products prior to this experience. I bought another wig from Ashimary off of the TikTok shop. When I opened the box weeks later (didn’t need the wig right away)it was not what I ordered. I reached out and they initially declined to refund but said I could send the wig back. No problem! I get a return label send the wig back.6 weeks after I have sent it back no refund. Tracking clearly says they received it 2days after I sent it back. I’ve contacted TikTok and Ashimary no resolution. Ashimary contacts me and asks me to return the wig and they will refund me. I inform them that was already done and send them verification of when and who signed for it. No communication since. So I paid for a wig that was the wrong g one, sent it back and they still kept my money! LADIES BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY. Customer service response is non existing. As much as I like the wig, there are other companies that value me more. Spend your money where you like but for my hard earned money, I will not be patronizing or promoting their company to anyone that I know!!!
