Stay away you will not get your order

Made an order on the 10th of September. It is now the 4th of October. And I still have not received the order. They was responding to emails now they are not responding to emails. I wish that I'd listened and read previous reviews. Please be aware this company is a sham. I have informed my credit card company to give me a refund and don't expect to hear anything from Inca group again, they are shocking, stay away. It is a real shame because their products look amazing and the seat covers and the carpet mats that I wanted to get look the best, but If you can't get them, what can you do?

Order placed and paid on 16/8/24…

Order placed and paid on 16/8/24 through Inka-corp.com which is owned by Auto Kit International. No replies and no products delivered to me. I have tried calling the phone number (recorded message only), emailing all of their email addresses. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier but I didn't realise that Inka-Corp was part of Auto Kit. UPDATE 1/9: I've received an email and a telephone call saying my covers will be delivered next week....UPDATE 4/9: email received advising shipment 48 hours by Parcelforce, so hopefully arrives on Friday 6/9. UPDATE 6/9: arrived, good quality and fitted front seats so far. I've upped my review to 4 stars. Would have been 5 stars if there was earlier communication regarding delivery.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Ordered seat covers that show in stock, waited for ages and nothing arrived. Can’t contact them by phone only email, had a reply to say would be shipped within 2 days, that didn’t happen, emailed again and then they said would be shipped by close of play, I received an email to say they had been shipped, this was a lie, they created an order to a courier to change the status to shipped, but hadn’t arranged for the courier to collect from them as the product still wasn’t ready to be shipped - they created the order to the courier to shut me up for a couple of days. Still chasing them for the seat covers, or a refund. Avoid like the plague.

Poor service and communication.I…

Poor service and communication.I ordered a product in May, it was marked in stock and delivery in 3-5 days. 74 days later I still don’t have it. I was told it would be 2 weeks on June 22nd. Then it was apparently ‘in production’ on 13th July On 24th July customer services said it would be dispatched within ten working days. On 31st July I received a tracking number and was told ‘your parcel is on its way.’ One week ago I was sent a tracking number, but the product wasn’t dispatched. On August 4th -Customer Services said it was ‘in the end stages of production’- still nothing. I would avoid this company.

One star is one to many No correspondence to email etc can’t contact them via phone thank god I paid with PayPal . Beware please Dont buy from these people!!!!!

My experience of this company is not what it used to be.This was my third order with Inka-corp

This was my third order with Inka-corp, owned by Auto-kit. Ordered on 20/11/22, I had to chase the order on the 28/11/22 (they didn't keep me up to date on the delay as they state they will on their website) I was told it would be another 10- 14 working days, that time passing and now it's Christmas so fair enough and I don't chase again until 4/1/23 only to be told orders are not being dispatched until the third week in January (not my order, just orders). I've asked for my money back, lets see what happens. As a long time owner of a retail company I know when the truth is being withheld by suppliers. Somethings up!. All I want is either my order or honest communication.

INKA Corp took my money immediately…

INKA Corp took my money immediately after my order, but have failed to deliver anything over a month later. The website says the item is IN STOCK. They are still seeking new orders. I emailed them asking for my money back or the seat covers. The payment was advised as "Refunded" the next day. I think they may genuinely be struggling, but I can't fault their approach otherwise. But... I still need the covers!

Ordered and paid for seat covers

Ordered and paid for seat covers, had an email the same day to say they recieved that order and I would have an email when dispacted. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. Have tried to phone, they are taking any phone calls. Have email as requested no responce. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!! Very strange the very day I put this post on, I had an email to say delivery may be next week. Keep you undated. Just a quick update, seat covers turn up today 12th December, quality looks okay, but a long wait for a company that looks by their website looks professional, but little contact or updates, until I put this review on Trustpilot.

Refund

Was told to send a order back as it was wrong and reorder and pay again I would get refund even sent proof of posting after 5 emails and telephone calls company will not respond

Beware Company is a joke

I bought some seat covers. The phone number tells you staff working from home. I have sent several emails with no reply. No idea if item in stock or if I will ever receive it. Paypal no help whatsoever

Awful company

Awful company. I purchased seat covers from them at the beginning of September, the ones they advised me to get. They send me the wrong covers, I returned them at my expense. They said they would send the correct ones out to me. 5 months later I still do not have the seat covers. I have called them at least 10 times and as many emails and they are just ignoring me. You can't call them any more as they have turned off their phone lines.

Auto kit have got be one of the worst…

Auto kit have got be one of the worst companies to deal with. A few issues in the beginning with order but put right within the 1st /2nd week from order. Was told that a 4 week lead time and received 1st part of order in April and the 2nd part in July, so 7 and a half months from order date. Order is completely wrong and emails have been sent and I’ve had no reply from them.
