There scammers.ordered t7 seat coversabout six weeks ago.didnt see the reviews.wish I had.got a call of them after I said I want my money back saying DHL have them.they talk pure Sh!te.save your money & go elsewhere.i hope they get there backdoor kicked in by the biggest beast in the nick when they get nicked.scum.

Auto kit took money for van seat covers, item was not sent, refund not given. This is a BOGUS company don’t waste time or money ordering from them.
Can’t give this lot zero stars. I’ve had my seat covers arrive, they don’t fit. Sent the items back (tracked) they’ve been delivered in April and yet I cannot get an answer from them with regards to my refund. I’ve sent 4 emails now and yet the person who was responding has vanished. Disgusting company and customer service doesn’t exist AT ALL! They even tried telling me my van was unique. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered a set of seat covers in January They arrived damaged We have now been backwards and forwards on an email with no resolution and we are now in May. no phone number to contact anybody either. Extremely poor/no Customer service whatsoever. Avoid at all cost.
Suffice to say I really wish I’d read these reviews before making a purchase! I’ve had one email reply with a dispatch date which passed without any further info and nothing from them regarding delivery times since their confirmation of my order and taking of payment. I don’t hold out much hope of hearing anything from them again and my request for a refund has also been ignored. Their phone contact number is simply a recorded message saying they don’t accept calls and you have to email so don’t bother with that avenue either. Use them at your own risk
It took 5 months for seat covers to arrive, despite being promised them the following week on more than one occasion. You will note that despatch time as advertised on website is within 4 or 5 days of order. USE AT YOUR PERIL!
Terrible company, DO NOT USE! Ordered over a month ago, have chased and chased with no response. Finally today had an email to say DHL have delivered, but delivery not made to the correct address with no idea of where the parcel is!
Ordered seat covers just before Christmas, unfortunately they didn’t fit so emailed requesting a refund and return. Had to chase this up as I had no response after a week of waiting. Finally managed to send the covers back and been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks now, no response to my email regarding this either. Extremely disappointed and poor service from the company.

I would give a ZERO rating if it was possible!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SEVERAL OTHER NAMES THEY TRADE UNDER !!! Do your homework before you order and waste your time and money, they trade under different names, different convincing websites but are all the same business address. I ordered seat covers in November 25 but despite loads of false promises, fake dates for dispatch then suddenly they are still being made , slow production issues, they forget there own lies and obviously don’t read back on there own emails they send back to you until that stops as well. I am still waiting, not received the goods I paid for in good faith. They are as a company and companies clearly dishonest. You have been warned!!! I don’t like to write bad reviews about companies but I also do not like having my hard earned family money taken from me.

Shambles of a company, items show as in stock, received phone call weeks later, no stock, substitute choosen, weeks later need £30 delivery charge, checked website, free delivery on any amount
Placed an order and paid. No confirmation and no product received. Numerous emails sent but no response for ages. Martin eventually sent a response asking for an order number (how could we have one when you never sent an order confirmation?). I just asked them to find the order S not wasting any more of my time. Only a threat to Trading Standards got any response. Covers delivered a few days later and they are rubbish. Cheap materials and a bad fit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
