Don’t waste your time or money on these shoes. Ordered the K-Frame pickleball shoes a couple months ago. I play 3 days per week and the soles are completely worn through. Not even 3 months of regular play. Stay away. Customer service said it appeared to be normal wear and tear. Switching my brand allegiance and trying to save you the headache.

Unfortunately, the shoes I purchased didn't work. The tongue and top laces rubbed my ankle. The return was easy. Up to this point everything went well. The return was confirmed 3/27 and would be up to 10 days for my account to be credited. It has been 21 working days with no credit to my account. What has happened?
Customer service was GREAT! I was able to talk to the same person about my order every time I called. He was so nice and helpful and was happy to fix my order. However I had to order a second pair bc they shipped the wrong ones. Unfortunately I'm still waiting on my refund and my other shoes. I've had this style shoe before and would definitely recommend these shoes to my friends and family if I could ever get the right pair and get my refund.
