I was looking for specific coverage and Jimmy was so helpful to work with. He explained everything very clearly, and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend AXA for your travel insurance needs based on obtaining a policy. Hopefully, I will not need to submit a claim. If I do, I can only assume I will receive the same type of service.
