Great products.....but very hard to take advantage of bulk sales for filament. Took me about 5 tries in 4 months to finally be able to order 10 spools.
Excellent experience! I am new to 3D printing and the Bambu Lab A1 Combo made everything very easy to start with. Setup was simple, print quality is amazing and the app/software is beginner friendly. I was printing successfully within a very short time. Highly recommended!

Their printers are realy expensive comparing with other brands and parts are out of stock. Shippingcosts are high and service is not in place. Quality of their printers is good.
I had meant to order filament on the spool. That is what I picked on the website. But the website is so poorly designed that once I picked a colour that wasn't available on the spool, it silently changed the setting to no-spool. On top of that the text that indicated it was no spool was extremely small and light gray on white background — extremely difficult to see if you don't have great vision. When I received my order I was so confused that none of the four filament rolls had a spool. It was a nightmare trying to use them. One spool fell apart and got tangled. I can't even use it. The customer service person just told me to print another spool. Absolutely terrible customer service and shopping experience. I have no intention to buy any more Bambu Lab products.
Your website is set up very well and it keeps my information after I log in couple clicks and my orders on the way. I like the fact that you emailed me when the product that was on back order came in so I could order it immediately
Spain: regarding the companys in charge of delivering what we bought, here in Spain, SEUR never delivers at home, thet always say you are not at home (which is fake). They force you to go and pick it in a Seur point or similar. Please, don't work with seur. Thank you
The P2S is my first printer and it’s been a wonderful investment for me. I’m still learning how to design my own stuff but there’s plenty of designs already available and the learning curve necessary is attainable.

Couple issues where your product appears to have known issues that Bambu refuses to correct. When the AMS is connected, loading Benchy for a test print causes the P1S to demand the external spool be loaded. But the AMS is installed. I also had the power go out the other day shortly into a print. There was no recovery option. I see that it exists on the A1. Why isn't it on the P1S?
