Their engineers clearly care deeply about reliability, developer experience, and the long-term health of the ecosystem. Even when I didn’t initially agree with every decision, the more context I learned, the more respect I gained for the complexity of what they’re building.
I have no complaints about the X2D I purchased. I would have also gotten some filament with the order but most was sold out along with the vision encoder being out of stock as well.

After much research and study I decided to purchase my first 3D Printer. As a beginner I settled on the Bambu A1 Mini. I've got to say it's almost as easy as printing a document on a paper printer, but 3D and a lot more fun. I'm addicted! I print all my small parts and tools I need for my hobby. I love it and I highly recommend it to anyone starting out.
Quick response within hours of sending my communication. But the full response was not very helpful. I could find the same information on wiki. I was hoping for a little more information as I did on a different topic.
Second printer I have gotten from BambuLabs and works right out of the box
First 3D printer. Smooth buying experience. Shipping was very good. I’m about 35 hrs worth of printing so far and learning.
Good bulk prices on filament, fast order processing. Unfortunately, I wish they'd stay away from using Canada Post. Carrier never delivers, they always leave a notice forcing me to have to go pick it up from the post office.
