Dont trust this lot at all. I purchased a SUB machine and was happily using it, now the weather has warmed up I went online to order some more SUBs, only to find out that Beerwulf has disconituned the SUBs rendering my expensive machine useless. Avoid this lot like the plague, awful money grabbing parasites.
Contacted Beerwulf as my Blade is not cooling. This is the second blade in 38 months to breakdown with the same fault. As it is out of warranty beerwulf will not help other than talk you through the normal steps to reset it. A loyal customer for just over 3 years regularly making purchases is of no interest to them. 2 machines with the same fault is obviously an ongoing concern and at £500 a machine this is not good enough Very Disappointed
Don’t buy one. They discontinued the last one, stopped selling the refills and left all customers with defunct machines. Terrible for customers and the environment
I bought a beer dispenser and within a year they stopped making the subs for it so it became totally obsolete. All they offered was money off another of their dispensers (a small amount of money off an expensive product). As if I'd buy from them again! No thanks. Choose Perfect draft instead
Ordered 2x Red Stripe and 2 x Tiger kegs on the 28 April Red Stripe arrived 2 days later But still no Tiger ( Now 9 days waiting and counting No tracking number as yet no nothing ) E mailed customer services and explained these kegs were a birthday party present for my son ( Birthday was Sunday 3 rd) Despite multiple too and through e mails still no kegs I explained ( They obviously know I have 3 blade machines and have brought multiple kegs over the years ) Having explained the £100 s of pounds I have spent with Beerwulf over the years I was hoping they would treat me as a loyal and regular customer But No loyalty means nothing to them as proven by a £5.00 compensation offer YES 5 POUNDS !!! How does a company expect to survive with no customer loyalty and a insulting offer of 5 pounds compensation No idea where the kegs are they admitted to that in 1 of the many emails All they do is hoping you will go away and brush it away Or if your very very lucky they might offer you £5.00 to keep quiet which is a insulting offer Disgusting and not interested customer service !!!!
I purchased The SUB machine and, after the discontinuation of the 2L kegs, it has become completely unusable. I contacted customer support and, despite acknowledging the issue, no alternative, adapter or compensation has been offered. It is very disappointing that a product becomes obsolete in this way. I expected a better solution for existing customers. Update: Dear Beerwulf, Thank you for your reply. However, I believe this response highlights the core issue rather than resolving it. The problem is not only that the product has been discontinued, but that it has been left without any usable consumables, effectively rendering it obsolete. As a customer, I find it difficult to accept that a product can become unusable in this way without any form of solution, transition support, or compensation. I hope you will reconsider your position and take into account the impact this has had on your customers.
Terrible company!Ordered 2 brand new machines for my bar and after 3 uses and being 2 month old the cooling has packed in. They offered me a reconditioned one as a replacement or to be taken away for up to 3 weeks to be fixed. Only option should be a new replacement. STAY CLEAR!!!! Also on bottom reply you for got leave out that when you offer a refurbished replacement your 2 year warranty drops to 1 year!
Have had the blade machine for just over 2 years. No issues, worked really well until the cooling has now packed up. Here comes the warning to future buyers. I have spent well over £1000 pounds on kegs over the 2 years, so I would say a loyal customer. As my unit is out of warranty they offer no help in fixing the unit or offering a discounted replacement. I have wasted 2 kegs trying to get it to work and have a further 4 unopened. As these were purchased over 30 days ago they will not even replace these as good will. Great while it works, but a very expensive 2 year investment. After getting back in contact, my machine has been swapped for a working refurbished unit. The wasted kegs are also being replaced. Since me leaving the review Beerwulf have been great and helpfull in resolving all issues 👍👍

After having a Cruzcampo keg (that admittedly was a month over date) fail badly (the beer just came out as froth) Beerwulf failed to exchange the keg. I understand that the beer may not be at its best but it should pour perfectly at least. I have had my Blade machine for years so I know when a keg is faulty and Ive used kegs well over date and they've always been good and without problem. I would normally give Beerwulf 5 stars, as they have always exchanged kegs that are faulty. So don't get me wrong, don't avoid this, normally excellent company, but be prepared to be disappointed if you get a faulty keg and it has gone over date. Also I know customers have been given free gifts or money off vouchers although sadly, given all my loyalty, I have not had either.
After disgusting customer service i have now given up on beerwulf and ordering another perfect draft machine. The cruzcampo keg i ordered just poured foam. Customer service done everything to be awkward. They wanted photos,then videos, then ordered no. Batch no. Keg no. Then photos of these numbers. Then more videos of me pouring foam. I sent them all plus screenshots of complaints from others with only foam in cruzcampo kegs. They have now REFUSED ANY REFUND although they claim they have a 30 day return policy. Beerwulf have now raised prices and happy to send customers kegs without beer in them !!!! UPDATE beerwulf have now replied as if everything is OK. I was NEVER offered any replacement kegs until I wrote this review. Customer service is obviously trained into putting people of complaining by asking for photos then videos then more videos then batch numbers then photos of batch numbers then telling us to look at YouTube on how to pour a pint. Then use a clean glass then use a rinsed glass. All this when many had already complained about cruzcampo kegs just pouring foam. Just do the right thing and replace faulty kegs immediately without wasting our time and your time or you will keep losing customers to perfect draft who are cheaper and better service with a larger range of beers 🍻
Your lack of response is really telling! On the first trial of their silly new delivery tap, the failed tap exploded all over the place throwing beer everywhere in our kitchen. To be blunt we are faced with another bad idea from the brewer’s accountants that will upset thousands of customers to save 1 cent per barrel!!!
Imagine in this day and age to have to throw out a perfectly working, not that old, beerwulf machine because they no longer supply the kegs to fit the machine. Disgraceful. Will never buy another one! Replying to Beerwulf, we did get in touch, I think they offered us a discount on buying the updated version. That is not an option, why would we invest more money in your products?

Terrible. They shut down their service in Spain after me buying a really expensive beer tap from them. After ordering they tool ages to deliver too. What am I supposed to do with the beer machine now? No other kegs are compatible. Their beer is more expensive than bottle versions and sometimes draft in a bar is cheaper.
