Purchased x2 pair of shoes- described as orthopaedic support. Arrived 15 days after ordering, poor quality, plastic, poor design, and no support at all After requesting a refund I was offered keep the items and receive 15% refund, this increased to 25%. I am trying to return, and informed that I must pay for return to China! Do not use this company

DO NO USE 2 pairs of shoes paid £54. Absolute rubbish. DO not resemble the photo in any way. Most items are in the sale and they won't give you your money back only a credit for more rubbish. This company has not acted in a decent manner. The photos of the shoes are the exact photos on Shein and Temu costing about £6.50 which is OK for a super cheap looking shoe. Out of pocket, very disappointed, will never recommend or use again. Not good for a business's reputation.
I am only rating as 1 star as TP doesn't allow reviews for zero star. Do not buy from BerryMere. They completely misrepresent their location online to trick UK consumers. Their website displays everything in UK/EU sizes, prices items in GBP, and even features a highly suspicious, likely fake business address (68A Ellis Mews, Birmingham) on their 'About Us' page to look legitimate. I ordered two pairs of shoes in a UK size 6. When they finally arrived, they were shockingly small and nowhere near a standard UK 6. I took photos comparing them to my actual shoes to prove the massive size disparity and contacted customer service within 30 minutes of delivery. Instead of honouring standard UK consumer rights for items not as described, they subjected me to a frustrating, bad-faith negotiation process. First, they tried to charge me an extra £20.30 for replacements. Then they offered a measly 15% refund, followed by a 25% refund offer if I kept the useless shoes. Their ultimate goal is to avoid giving you your money back by forcing you to pay for expensive tracked shipping to a warehouse in China, which costs more than the shoes themselves. They refuse to provide a prepaid label or accept returns at their advertised UK address. A quick look at Trustpilot shows dozens of identical experiences. This is a widespread, deliberate pattern of behaviour designed to trap your money. I have now escalated this as a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank. They list a UK address on their website of 68A Ellis Mews, Birmingham, which is a known red flag. A quick web search, unfortunately completed after I made a purchase and received poor quality and incorrectly sized shoes, shows that this address is frequently associated with online scams. In reality, Ellis Mews is a tiny, purely residential cul-de-sac that does not have a number 68A, and the postcode used on Berrymere’s website actually maps to a city-centre shopping mall. This mismatch is a classic tactic used by fraudulent sites to fabricate legitimacy. Avoid doing business with them, protect your financial information, and do not trust their claims of being a registered UK entity. Avoid this predatory company at all costs!

Slow delivery & cumbersome returns!! I ordered two suits same style in different colours and two sizes as i wasn’t sure which would fit better (s&m)! When my order eventually arrived, it was late (due to some “delayed delivery issue”!) & i was not impressed with the materials or the sizing! Materials were completely different even though the pictures were of the same style suits!! Neither fitted, one was slightly tight & the other too big & long! I immediately contacted the company asking for a return explaining my reasons .The company replied wanting to know in detail my reasons. Then another email asking for photo evidently of the products! As I have already provided a valid reasons as to why I wish for my returns the company insisted on photos of the products before they could approve a return! This is ridiculous demand surely my explanation was enough!! I am still waiting for my return to be processed after 3 days of contacting the company to process my returns!! I will not be ordering from this company ever again!!!
I love my wedge flip flop sandals which are really comfortable and very pretty.
I ordered a men’s large coat, but the item received was significantly smaller than expected suitable only for a small child and does not match what was advertised. When I raised the issue, customer service did respond and offered partial refunds or a return option. However, the return required shipping the item back to an overseas warehouse at my own cost, which makes it impractical given the nature of the issue. Ultimately, I was unable to reach a resolution that felt fair for an item that I believe is not as described. I would recommend future buyers carefully check sizing and return terms before ordering, especially for international returns.
Was a bit nervous about the sizing online, but it actually fits like a glove. True to size and super comfortable. Definitely going to be wearing this on repeat now.
It hasnt been a good experience to be honest. After paying for shoes that were not good quality and not like the picture I now have two useless items that I cannot wear and do not want. And no refund. The email responses have been prompt, professional, but always went through several rounds of asking for photos, clarifying points already made and offering alternatives. Most people would just give up. I do feel misled because: - the pictures do not accurately represent the item I initially bought - if returns mean posting items back to China at your own expense, this should be clear on the website. Saying 'easy returns' is misleading. - sending a replacement item that is the wrong size and has no label is a waste of time and money and still leaves the customer with no resolution. Berrymere have said they cannot do anything further as they have effectively sent two items. Hard to argue with but i still have a size 14 dress instead of a size 8 and a poorly made scuffed pair of shoes that are not what i ordered. Berrymere - instead of wasting time and money on replacements just find a UK depot and sort out your returns policy.
Buyers aware, this website says you can return items, dont bother going down that route, its returns are in China. Very expensive and onus is on you to do all tracking etc. Not worth the trouble.
Appalling company. DO NOT BUY. I bought a jacket which arrived about 2 weeks after the event I wanted it for. It wasn’t cheap and when it did arrive it was in very poor packaging and the item was very low quality. As per distance selling law I requested a return and refund. After many back and forward emails they offered me a refund of 25% of the cost and to keep the item, or pay for shipping back to China, not the London address on the website. This item would have been about £5 off a market and I paid about £50. Terrible experience, dreadful company
Do not order from this website. It’s based in China not like the U.K. like it claims. Orders take ages to come and then when they do are poor quality like they are from Temu.
Shoes took 2 weeks to arrive. Very poor quality and fit. I'm now advised that their offices are not in London as stated on website, but overseas. I will have to pay for the return myself although they're stalling on giving me the actual address and trying to get me to accept 15% money back instead. Disgraceful. Their emails are also embarrassing in tone, quite sycophantic. Update: as a final offer I've accepted 25% refund as my only other alternative is to return the shoes to China tracked at my own expense. Have to wait 2 weeks for this partial refund, so we'll see...
