Ordering and post ordering communication was good.
Unfortunately there was a problem with my order and the wrong colour was sent. My query was felt with swiftly and efficiently and very much to my benefit. Thank you. I would shop here again.

At present I am having hassle trying to get a refund on the inferior sandals, which took longer than the specified time, I received in a shabby package. Initially I tried to be nice about the items I received as I thought it might be a straight forward procedure to return and receive a refund. Huh, wrong. The business sent me what looks like an automated reply, offering, like others, a percentage of the cost and either to keep the sandals or return. I asked several times for their return address, only to discover it was China. There was no indication up until this point that they were from abroad. Their business address is given as London and their heading BerryMere has Birmingham under it. Very misleading and deceptive. I doubt if they will refund my money, as to date there have been 14 emails fobbing me off, and now I am at a crossroads. I advise DO NOT TOUCH THIS BUSINESS WITH A BARGEPOLE?
Unfortunately after a 3 week wait and lots of email assurances that my order was on its way the product I've received is not what I expected. The sandals are made of plastic and although marketed as orthopaedic with a raised arch they couldn't be less supporting of the feet. The zip on the heel was unexpected and not terribly comfortable. I was expecting a quality British product but instead received flimsy, plastic shipped from China. I would like to return the item but there is not paper work enclosed and no order number; according to the Berrymere policies you cannot return an item without these details. Very disappointed.
I successfully challenged this company with my bank. Their demands for photographs and insistence that I must pay to return a poor quality and faulty item were found to go against the consumer rights act in my case. This is because I clearly described the faults to them when advising them of my request to return. I very much doubt that they will change their process for one case but may it give others the confidence to challenge them too.
NOT a UK based company, the returns process is not compliant with the UK consumer rights act and they say you need to pay the shipping to China. There should be a 14 day returns window when buying anything online, and this company do not comply with that. I recommend avoiding them. As the products come from China and not the UK, they are not the same size as you would expect, they are much smaller and the only 2 refund options I was given were: "Option 1: 25% Partial Refund (No Return Needed) We can process a 25% refund of your original purchase amount, and you may keep both items. This is the quickest and most convenient option, with no further steps required. Option 2: Return for Refund If you prefer, you may return the items to our warehouse for a refund of the item cost (excluding original shipping). My order just arrived today and I’m honestly so relieved. The packaging was neat, and the fabric feels way better than I expected for the price. It doesn't look cheap at all. Can't wait to style this over the weekend!
Terrible service. Sandals cost £38..arrived in plastic bag after waiting 13.days..very cheap looking and uncomfortable let alone difficult to put on. Needed to return. Was told to.keep them as offered a small percentage off price. Still waiting for return address and now sent to their business address hoping for a refund.
A Chinese company who cannot give you a telephone number for the return address. The parcel will not get through customs without a telephone number and no courier will accept it without this number so you will never be able to return it within 14 days it’s a scam
Very long delivery time. Lack of communication about the delivery. Refund and returns are difficult and unfair! Do not buy from here.
Zero stars! Scam compay who charge triple then order the clothes from temu or SHEIN. Clothes took 3 weeks to come - completely the wrong size. I requested a full refund and postage to return and they refused even after presenting them evidence that the sizes didn’t match their website. Eventually they agreed I could order another item which I was reluctant to do based of principle… when I gave them the product they said I was now out of date for a replacement. Scam company aweful and should be closed down.
I boyght a beautiful pair of Mary Jane gold and lime green shoes which looked beautiful omg to my shock of receiving them today after 2 weeks and yes so convincing customer service letting me know every step of the way about my shoes being in transit, when i finally received them they looked something out of Temu or Shein which pretty convinced by the level of craftmanship they are from there just under another name The shoes had velcro fastenings which it did not look so in the scamming photo plus the shoes came sunk in damaged you name it very very very cheap for £30.00 plus considering the scammers made it maje believe that the shoes had been reduced this was why I bought them Please this company is not to be trusted. You are better off buying from Debenhams online
Returns on the website say UK - they are NOT. They are to China. UK contact number doesn’t connect. Quality is dreadful. My one star is over generous as the AI customer services communication takes over 10 messages to STILL not have a fair solution to a return.
Do not buy from them! I ordered two pairs of trousers and it took pratically 2 weeks to arrive, in very cheap packaging that was damaged. But I would not have minded the damaged packaging if the trousers were what I thought I had bought. To my horror, the two trousers looked cheaper than any other trousers I have ever had in my entire life!!! It's hard to describe how cheap and low quality they look! Plus, they are not the right size, though the label says they are the right size. By reading the reviews as well as their returns policy, I won't even try as their policy makes it almost impossible for you return anything. I guess that trying to return them will be a total headache. I felt scammed!
