I ordered a pair of 'orthopedic' shoes which were such poor quality. They arrived in a plastic bag, with no box. There is no orthopedic support whatsoever. I paid £42 for them and they were supposedly on sale from £80, but the quality is similar to a cheap market stall.

This company is a China based scam. I ordered 2 items which took over a month to be delivered. The items were far too small so I asked to return them. I was asked to take a picture of the labels on garment and package but there were no labels showing size or anything. I was then told that to save me returning them they would give me 15% of the cost and I could keep them. If I insisted on returning them I would be responsible for the initial postage plus the return postage to China and I would have to deal with customs which would cost more than the items were worth. So they have you over a barrel. Avoid at all cost.
I order a pair of orthopaediç shoes. They took longer to arrive than advertised. Sent in a poor plastic bag,no protection for shoes. They looked cheap, smelt nasty and I could not open them up enough to get my foot in.One looked wider than the other. I asked for returns detail, eventually I was given address in China. I refused to send them back there.Offered 15% of cost of £45.90.I refused that and am still insisting on 100%.Don't think I will be successful, judging by all of the negative reviews I have just read about this company.
DO NOT USE! THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS. I purchased some boat style shoes from this website for £46.90. They took over three weeks to arrive, at which point I had a feeling they'd be coming from China. When the product arrived it looked nothing like what was advertised. They looked like something from temu. i immediately got in touch with the company who have made it as difficult as possible to return the item. They wont provide a free return label. They're advertising themselves as a UK based company yet they're based in china, so for me to pay for a return to china would cost £10-20. I will be reporting to trading standards.
