The staff were extremely helpful and passed on my problem quickly to the correct team to deal with it This team contacted me quickly and are attempting to sort my issue out as well as keeping me informed along the way offering support throughout the process
Despite many complaints and for a very long time now the Olympia centre, Belfast still has no air con in the main hall. It is where large classes do activities, and lots of times two large groups share the space. It makes it a very uncomfortable environment for our classes. The temperatures are very high and we have no circulation of air. This needs urgent attention.
I had to cancel class on 4/7/25. Amir, who was dealing with my cancellation was very understanding regarding my situation. Replied to my enquiry quickly and everything was resolved. Couldn’t fault anything. Thanks again for sorting everything
Cancelation of classes 4 hours in advance just does not make any sense. Something urgent came up last minute and for that the App didn't let me cancel and got a £3 penalty for non attendance. Not bothering about the 3 quid, is just the policy is illogical. The receptionist was really kind and approachable.
Drinking water some day was excellent, some day was lacking and hygiene on cups and jugs as I noticed staff grabbed jug by putting hand on edge of the jug instead of using the handle. The jugs brought back with glasses. I drank good amount of water from there and consciously waiting on any symptoms of any kind. I got diarrhea that night and it last for few days! 🤒 I am scared to drink water from there now 😭.
Top to toe its a great leisure centre. I swim mostly and it's easy to park, easy to change and the pool is always spotless. Staff are lovely , helpful and efficient. It's my 'go to' place.
The use of mobile phones is prohibited and yet people are sitting in the spa on their phones. Its hard to tell which cups are clean and which are dirty and the dispensers for shampoo and condition quite often don't work.
Claire was excellent. I was struggling with the online system and she took time out to help me find a solution and register as required.
Excellent facilities and traners
Just started back this week and I really like the variety of fitness classes on offer. Really happy with the gym too.

Olympia Leisure Centre is like a second home for my family. There is a lot of fun and enjoyment. Helpful staff and always maintains cleanliness.

I only recently joined better gym at Olympia Belfast. I don’t enjoy change but it has been a very pleasant experience. All the staff I have met at reception desk both in gym and spa areas ,at pool ,in gym and at classes have been very helpful and professional. I have been very comfortable with changing to Olympia. Looking forward to getting fitter again and attending the different classes
