Olympia spa experience is not a spa experience I will repeat. Its constant noise, other people are really not mindful of others trying to relax. Disappointed.

I had an issue with the Better App and emailed the customer support team to raise my concern. My email was answered promptly and I was extremely satisfied with the level of communication I received and the efficient way my concern was resolved. A very good experience

The swim in the spa was great Not being to the spa since before I locked down I used to go a lot before when it first opened. The guy on reception welcomed me in or told me they had no robes would I be happy with just a towel?.that's fine . The shower showers were clean and tidy but two missing shower heads and there was no soap in 's apartment one . When you paying that little bit extra you expect the basics. Would not stop me from coming back but just pointing it out. Then I come on Thursday and there's still no soap in the dispensers. But I did get a robe this time

Claire on the desk was amazing she is a credit to ur company and took me thru all the steps and membership possibilities Very friendly and knowledgeable about the centre and activities and how best options were suited to and she explained in detail the amenities and services on offer. As the face of better u first see on the desk at the entrance and she was very welcoming and happy to help in everything I needed Very pleasant and service with a smile and felt she actually wanted to aid in why I wanted to do

It is very clean and nice environment in Better. Only not convient and necessary is the ordering, many people have ordered but didn't come.

All good, received three months free membership as part of my Cardiac rehabilitation and have now joined with a reduced membership
The Irish language signs in the leisure centre is a disgrace, the olympia is in a protestant area not a republican area, all the money that was spent putting the republican irish languages signs up would have been spent in fixing the toilets that won't flush, cleaners to help clean the place , hand dryers that don't work ect ect
I Karen booked these classes for my granddaughter Willow , she loved it ! And is very excited about going for her next lesson! She thanked me for booking lessons for her and said she had a great time.
