I really liked the product in the past. Recently ordering is a nightmare, payment is broken. Customer support is not helpful at all.
By far the best razor,in price and quality, the shaving gel is in my opinion the best to use, having tried several, even when cold , it still is super smooth shaving,

My experience with your product has been excellent I have tried many razors Gillette and Bic just to name a few but they either gave me razor bumps and or irritated my scalp. I have been using your product for a few years and each and everytime I shave my scalp it is smoother and softer to the touch. So with that being said I can only say thank you for your product and service.
First shave was ok, bit of tugging but no irritation. I thought they were pretty decent and was excited for my next shave. 2 days later I shave again, constant tugging, pulling and lots of pain. Worst shave I've had. The blade had noticably dulled after only ONE shave. I cancelled my subscription straight away, because I can't afford to replace the blade every shave.
