I've been shaving now for about 45 years, maybe a little more. In that time, I've almost always used "The best a man can get" products, despite have a general dislike of behemoths, especially American ones. I've tried other brands along the way, but have never got on with them and always gone back. However, Boldking is different .... and only in good ways. There was a (logistics) problem with my first order, but this was taken care of without a lot of backwards and forward communication and the replacement parcel arrived within days. The shaving cream is the best I've ever used and the first razor, having now been used several times, is still giving a 100% problem-free shave. "The best a man can get", when it comes to shaving products, is Dutch, not American.
I just want to say that I see the design of all the products as mere decoration for my bathroom, but the razor is by far the best razor I’ve ever used—or stolen, since it’s actually my husband’s! From now on, I won’t use any razor other than the one from you guys! I also buy the deodorant for my husband, and it makes him even more attractive, haha! Thanks x Boldking fan Nikie
Excelent product, and very comfortable to use! The shaving foam scents smell heavenly, every time I use them, the perfume stays in the skin and in the bathroom for a while, and I love it. The small attachment to hang the razor to the wall is genius
I shave my head and neck several times per week and this razors are the best product that I have tried for shaving. Traditional shavers irritate my skin and with boldking's I feel a positive difference after the shave, mostly over my head, where the skins is sensitive. I recommend this product
I have quite sensitive skin and use boldking foam and blades to shave. They have been really good in preventing ingrown hairs compared to regular blades. Will be my go-to from now on!

I have been a customer for many years and now i have been ordered 2 times this year not 1 single shipment has made it to me. As of today i will try find a new brand wich is sad because they have a good product. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM HERE, YOU WILL NOT RECIVE ANYTHING YOU ORDERED FROM THEM. THEY ARE THIEFS.
I have been buying Boldking products for some years now, as I have always found the quality to be better than alternative big name brands. My purchasing has always been trouble free, until now... I placed an order for a multipack of blades, but the order never arrived. I have been emailing customer services but nobody ever gets back to me. I suspect that there isn't actually a customer service department. Rather disappointed – especially as it looks like I will have to resort to using the inferior products made by Boldking's bigger rivals. Shame
It seems impossible to cancel a subscription or to contact customer support. There is nothing I hate more about online shops. The product is good, but the things mentioned above are a knock-out criterion for me. Not a customer anymore.
The branding caught my eye, but the products sold me. Their extra-sensitive razor is the best on the market. No stubble, no irritation - obsessed. The lightweight rubber handle is so easy to grip (yes, even with my teeth—we’ve all been there, right, ladies?). 10/10
Great Product and service - will def order again!
I've used Boldking's products for 5-6 years on a subscription basis, and have always been happy with their products and service. Over the last year, the delivery time to the UK has lengthened from their published 3-5 business days. Now its been 10-12 business days, which in my opinion, is just about acceptable. However, my last subscription order #3555949, according to the address/customs label sent on the 2nd August, didn't arrive until 24th August, which is 19 business days. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. I emailed Boldking about this issue, and they said sorry and sent another set of blades order #129310, even though my blades had eventually arrived. This order was shipped on 26th August and as yet, has not arrived. That's 11 business days and counting. Boldking are still saying I'll get them in 3-5 business days. After I told them about this delay to this order (#129310), they apologised again and offered to send a 2nd replacement. I asked them not to send it but they did, order #140897. THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE. From the outside looking in, it looks like customer service is being run by/with computers not human beings. I hope I'm wrong, but no doubt I will find out, by how Boldking respond to this review.
Awful Product !!! After much research, including YouTube videos, I decided to ditch 50 years of Gillette and try one of these. What a terrible mistake! It dragged & pulled my skin to such an extent that multiple cuts appeared! It was as if they had sent a razor that had been much used! I also feel I should add that when it arrived it came across as a low-quality item in a small cheap box, (it also didn't help that the writing on the box was all in Dutch) I just feel the need to update this as I received an email from Trustpilot saying that Boldking had requested my contact details and order number, otherwise my review may be deleted! I duly provided the requested information and then received a stock reply from Boldking saying "please contact our customer services department if you have any problem" Why waste my time?
Love the products and been using Boldking Razors for a few years now. In my opinion probably the best a man can get ;-) All of that said I’ve had to cancel my subscription as my blades just haven’t been turning up. My December order hasn’t arrived as of 5/3/24 and despite numerous e-mails and promises that replacements have been sent still nothing. Not sure what’s happening between them leaving the warehouse and getting to me. They just never arrive. Gonna have to try an alternative!!
