Didn't take a lot off high tech to order online.
The offer for free shipping was a ploy to get you to sign up for a membership. And the free shipping isn’t credited to the order just placed but for a future order which is again misleading.
Wrong bank info AGAIN, after clearly understanding the actual information.
I don't like having to say no more than twice. I'm not some boomer on my death bed you can scare into an upcharge.

Are you kidding me? 3 phone calls and still the wrong address on checkd. Then told to shred and new ones would be shipped - never happened- another email, guaranteeing a response within 24 hours, again no response , why bother? You all are too much effort. You'd think youd admit you are poor at follow up and just refund me the money spent, but no, clearly you could care less.
