I have been trying to explain my situation and feelings to BrightRH for 2-3 years now with little success. However, speaking with Dawn is like talking to an angel; she took her time to professionally empathize with me, understood my concerns, and helped find a mutual solution. It made me feel as if I had met my God. I know this sounds emotional, but I must sincerely thank Dawn. Thank you, Dawn.

The platform is so easy to use. It is user friendly, makes sense and saves a huge amount of time and paperwork. The customer support team are really helpful and so far have managed to answer my queries in minutes. In fact today, Eve C answered my query in seconds giving me easy instructions on how to complete a task.
I have struggled with my settling in with my account for a few weeks now but Ogomma Eze has been absolutely exceptional and helpful. She’s really great.

Worst decision ever to move my payroll to this company. They submitted incorrect RTIs for the first 2 months that I joined then. It appeared that HMRC have been informed that my company owe them £22,000 yes £22,000 more than we do. I informed Bright HR on 12th January and to date this issue has still not been resolved. Their customer service departments is the worst I've ever come across. They rarely call you back, they don't inform you of progress and when you complain, a resolve is never followed up or provided. In the last 2 days alone I have called 3 times. No one is ever available to speak to me and despite promises to call back, they don't. They also rarely respond to emails. I am at the point now of considering court action. Please don't switch to this company. They are a nightmare to deal with and have put me in a really dangerous situation through their incompetence

Bright HR is a good system for SMEs and Leyla, Senior Solutions Specialist was very helpful when we had to resolve a payment issue.
Great service. Great company. Very well priced. It's great to have both HR and Health and Safety available via one platform, as the two are so interlinked. If you have any problems or questions they are available to speak with, included with your subscription. Everything you could need, they have thought of and the onboarding calls are great, they explain so clearly how to use the platform, which is very user friendly itself.
