Worst experience I've had booking flights online. -Flights were changed from 5hr direct flight to 15hr multiflight months after booking. -Budget Air didn't follow up for me or return emails. -I had little choice but to cancel these flights and they had the cheek not to give me a full refund. I have been told that I will not receive the refund for 8-10weeks! -I now have to either book new flights at considerably more cost or cancel the whole trip, for which I have been planning and booking for months. -Chat service only, the phoneline appears to have been disconnected.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the rates (plane, and seats) were changing by $2 AUD or 3 but still I didnt like it. Also doesn´t specify weight on carry on.
After confirming all names and information I booked 4 tickets thru BudgetAir only to find my Christian name had been spelt incorrectly by BudgetAir. I instantly complained they had made the mistake on my E tickets changing it from Stephen to Stet??? I then received a message stating it would be resolved before getting an email telling me if I want it fixed pay us $359. I require your company to own your mistake, bear any cost and resent tickets with the names previously provided please.

If you didn't declare "no hidden fees" at the start and charged for a Visa Debit you would have gotten full score. But that is dishonest.
Could not get through on their phone number or chat. Still waiting for an email reply. Very bad service.
