The reason that you get 10 from 10 is the customer service. The understanding that the buyer send his money thousands of kilometer away and he give the trust to somebody else to buy pack and send him the goods need a lot of trust and with my experience buying old items record players who are 50 years old and seeing the care that you take therefore you get 10 from 10.
I collect eyeglasses but recently most of item from Japan can’t buy due to it was prohibited to buy sign showed up. Because it includes word of silver or Kohaku, to express color of frame. It was okay before. So I use other companies

They use the worst shipping company that already has a bad reputation for losing packages. They don’t care if you don’t get your package as long as they are paid. I used to enjoy using this company too but when you lose over $2000 worth of stuff and they just tell you oh well and the shipping company good luck they say it’s not there fault they won’t pay for anything. I just can’t believe how they treat their customers.
