This business is a scam. Overcharge you for cheap calipers you have to glue on. Their service is a nonexistent joke. Horrible company. Avoid!!
Buyer beware! This outfit will completely botch sizing for a regular street car (Honda) and refuse to refund or replace them. Horrible company. They told me I could send them back, but no money would be refunded. This was even with proof the covers were not even close to fitting my SI.
I ordered caliper covers for my 2022 Chrysler 300. When they arrived I noticed 2 things: 1. They had no connection hardware of any kind, and 2. No instructions. Upon closer inspection, realized that they are nowhere close to the right size. My mechanic said there's no way to mount them. Then I went back to their site and realized all of the pics of the covers for various makes of cars are identical! Repeatedly emailed, chatted and called customer service - with no response whatsoever. Went to a competitor's site and found that they had two different size/shape covers for my make/model and I had to tell them which one mine was. Finally, it dawned on me - Caliper Covers USA is a SCAM.
I ordered a specific caliper cover design, but the company sent me the wrong item. When I reached out, they first offered a replacement that would take another 10–14 days — which I could not wait for due to urgent brake safety issues. When I requested a refund instead, they tried to charge me a 30% restocking fee, even though their own policy states no fee applies when it’s their error. I returned the item unused and reached out multiple times, but they stopped responding. This shows poor customer service and unwillingness to honor their own policies. If they don’t stand behind their products or keep their word, I cannot recommend them.
