Did never get my order the first time i ordered and again now they had cancelled my order because it was apparently lost in transit.
Another joke of a company targeting teenagers and with poor returns and customer service that doesn't respond. No extended return option for christmas presents and no responses from attempts to contact. Not sure how these companies survive and people need to stop buying.
Ordered a tracksuit, quality great but I need to change the size. I’ve been emailing for over 4 weeks now. The only reply I’ve had is to say they don’t offer refunds on giveback orders. Ok as I want to exchange, can I get measurements and have you got stock?. Replied again saying the same thing about no refunds. Numerous emails and nothing. Changed website, website always saying wait. How long are you supposed to wait in hope someone responds? Another month???!!! Update - I did eventually get a returns address. Sent joggers back, notified them they’d received them. Next day they replied and said the exchange was being sent and it arrived the following day. That part of the experience was much better.
Ordered two jackets both came slightly larger than I expected so thought I’d just return it as there’s a 14 day exchange/return policy. Hit em up probably a combined 15 times since that and only heard back from them one time where they asked for my order number just to ignore me again 🤣🤣🤣. What a joke. Customer service needs improving big time.
Ordered a tracksuit set for my son’s Christmas present. Ordered a size L but the hoodie was insanely huge! After about 3/4 emails they eventually emailed back to give a return address to exchange for a size M. I sent item back first class recorded nearly a week ago. No emails to confirm it’s arrived, customer service helpline is always an answerphone! Messaged on social media, no reply either! It doesn’t look like my son will be getting the tracksuit, just the joggers for Christmas 🤬. Yes items are of a good quality (bearing in mind it’s not cheap) so you would expect good quality. But if you have a query, wanting an exchange/refund (which is within my 14 day window) or if you need to contact customer service, it’s NO CHANCE!! Their support is zero and no such thing as CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My son will be so disappointed as well as myself! I emailed them AGAIN today to say if I don’t hear from them I’m contacting trading standards as well as my payment method to withhold/stop funds going through! STRONGLY ADVISED NOT TO BUY FROM CARSICKO- THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!!!
Biggest scam of a company running. Ordered a hoodie which couldn’t be delivered to me and is stuck in a sorting centre for weeks. They sent me a voucher eventually to then reorder which didn’t work!!! Scam, no customer service and they don’t respond. You’re at risk of ordering from here. They avoid emails and Calls getting back to you a week later with no explanation and relevant answer…Awful. Would be zero stars if they had one.
I wish I'd read the reviews as well. I ordered 2 sizes for my son and now trying to return the goods is proving impossible. They do not provide any return address and when you contact them they just don't reply. I'm trying to go to Trading Standards but not getting much help either. Avoid these scammers at all costs.
They’re lucky that you can’t do a 0 star review because the service has been absolutely appalling. I received me zipper about a month and a half after purchasing it. and when my parcel eventually arrived… it had not one, but 2 bleach stains on it! That are very obvious to the naked eye. Since then I have emailed 3 times and no reply. Messaged on Instagram 8 times which I got a reply to the first time asking for my order number and since then not heard a peep back. disgraceful customer service. If you’re thinking of buying from here don’t, you’ll be disappointed
I ordered clothes for my son a few weeks ago and seen the reviews almost immediately after, so was quite worried. However, I sent emails and every email was replied to within a few hours, Yes, the order took longer than expected to arrive, but it came today and I’m delighted with the quality of the product. Maybe there are some worried competitors that are trying to damage this business as I couldn’t fault the product or customer service.
I received my parcel and only one item out of 3 were in the parcel, I have emailed many times and all I get is reply saying that the parcel is delivered, I am not arguing the fact just that it was delivered just that we are missing 2 items, they are now not responding to my emails, so we have basically lost 120.00, will never order from them again shocking service.
