So im taking away some of the 5 stars that I have Cashoomo before, for these reasons. 1st reason, they turned off my redemption and my friend referral privileges until I could verify more of my identity residence and bank information. I completed the verification process and then the 2nd reason they are only allowing me to redeem $100 at a time, which doesn't make sense because I have redeemed a lot more than that at one time before they asked me for more personal information. And the 3rd and final reason, I put in a redemption request, 1 week ago, and still haven't gotten my request approved and processed. I have reached out to the support team and have not received a direct answer, just a bunch of nonsense excuses. I have asked for help and still have not received any. So now I have $700 instead of the original $1000 that I had initially attempted to redeem.

The rtp and rng is horrible..the games all do the same thing once u reach a certain amount and that is it takes it all back without even getting one single win...not even compensation for games that lag and don't pay out anything..the solely blame it on the providers as to why the games aren't paying out...

I put in for a redeem on April 22nd and I'm still waiting for it to go through. I never get straight answer when I ask support on the site or when I email support. Basically indie tells me to email support and the email response, if I get one, says to ask onsite support. I should have received my redeem within 24 hours at the most. 3 weeks to a month, and counting, is completely unheard of and unacceptable. Also once I started filling out my redeem I was told that the max I can redeem per day is $200. I need my redeem just like you need your paycheck cashoomo.
