This at one point was my favorite site to play it. I love playing here they have all the games I liked they would give you good bonuses. Whenever support you were able to chat immediately with a person but in the redemption started taking longer and longer and longer to get I am still waiting on $100 redemption. It’s been almost a month now close to it and they just keep telling me that it’s coming that they’re overwhelmed with request at the time but sadly this went to probably my number one site to play to. I never play here at all anymore all because of the redemption process it just just takes way. Way way too long like an ridiculous amount of time.just to get 100 redemption (that’s all u can get at a time) and I wouldn’t even be that upset about only being able to get 100 at the time for my redemptions if they didn’t take so long, but I can’t put in another request for it until the other one is out of the queue so you figure you wait almost a month or more just to get $100 redemption out of the another request if you still have winnings just wait another month before you’re able to do it all over again I mean it’s just I don’t understand this whole process. This is the only side I came across this issue with and I absolutely am so sad because of it. I love playing here, but I also don’t wanna have to wait a month or more just to get my winnings. …so sad 😩😩😭😭😫
Still can't verify I submitted my Internet bill as they requested would be accepted for proof of address and was told it can't be used I have 1,000 sc sitting in my account but they are giving me the run around so they don't pay 😡😡😡

refuse to redeem, they never specify what exactly they want changed. they only allow $100 redemption per day. after repeatedly trying to cash out 1st $400, then $200, and finally$2000 i gave up and played every dime at max until it was all gone
