Box got lost during transit. (without their fault) The lenght the team went through to send out another one, was unbelievable. Incredible. Never experienced before. It almost sounds, I´ve been paid to write this, but I can truly say, I haven´t.
My experience with Caterbox has been a delightful one! All staff are helpful, however Emma from Sales is an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Their products come in a multitude of sizes, widths and heights which are robust and sturdy. What an absolutely wonderful and professional company to deal with. I bought 2 glass wash and store crates to take to friends in Germany and you can really appreciate the quality and strength of the crates. With such a wide range of compartment heights and widths it is easy to match them to your glasses. The delivery was very fast and everything was received in perfect condition. I found everything about Caterbox highly positive, their customer service is excellent, and you have only to read the Testamonials to know how highly Caterbox is regarded. I would confidently recommend Caterbox to everyone looking for storage crates. An extra special mention must go to Emma from Sales. One of those companies that does what it says it will and for a decent price. Had an issue with the website that was addressed quickly by Nik so subsequently placed an order for Euro stacking crates. Quick delivery, good quality product, going to be ordering some more! Why can't all companies be like this?

I’ve bought Riedel recommended storage boxes and glass washer racks from Caterbox is since 2020 and always received amazing service. Products are competitively priced and always with next day delivery. It’s the service that shines though! I can’t recommend Caterbox enough.
Wow! It would appear that Caterbox don't use Trustpilot - I'm leaving the first review! I came here to suss them out when I needed some better racks for our new glasswasher. (There were some FB reviews which reassured me...) But let me get their TrustPilot presence off to a great start - they were super helpful on the phone, the website was easy to navigate, and they delivered my items in less than 48 hours - which, to the Highlands of Scotland is fantastic. I phoned them specifically to say thank you, is how impressed I was!
