Great customer service with prompt response to queries
If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid £20 for my order which was ONE scarf including next day delivery (an extra £6), as the website clearly guarantees next day service if you order before the cut-off time. Naturally, I expected it to arrive the following day. Shortly after placing my order, I noticed I had misspelled my email address. I immediately contacted them via their website chat to ask if they could resend the confirmation to my correct email. I never received any reply. I assumed that even without the confirmation email, the order would still arrive at the delivery address I provided. The next day came and went — no delivery. It has now been 5 days, the money has been taken from my account, yet I have received absolutely no communication. I have reached out multiple times via email, their website, and even Instagram, but have had no response. I’ve asked them to cancel my order since I no longer need it, and I do not believe I should be charged the £6 next day delivery fee when it was never delivered. However, given their lack of communication, I fully expect they’ll eventually ship the item late and then refuse to refund the delivery cost. This is extremely poor customer service, and I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them.
The printed modal hijabs are beautiful. They have such lovely prints - I have 10 of them! The material is soft and can style easily. I definitely recommend for printed modals.
the quality of product is very poor - the product fabric is about to rip. I was very excited while ordering the product but unfortunately the price for the product is unreasonable infect too high for the quality even the stitching inside looks like done by a non professional.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service.
I’ve had my eye on their clutches for a while now and honestly they were above my expectations. All of the clutches arrived within a week of ordering and in perfect condition. Will definitely be placing more orders from this website!
Extremely poor service. I ordered in July 2024 and after three weeks I reached out via email to ask for an update on my order. I never received a reply so a week later I texted their number and dmed them on instagram. I did not get a response so I opened a dispute with my bank and then I replied to their story saying that I have reported them to my bank. They finally replied and gave me a refund. Extremely unprofessional that it took a threat for them to respond to me. Will never shop here again and will tell my family and friends to never buy from here again. Appalling service.
Very unprofessional service. Ordered at the end of March and it still hasn't been shipped today on April 15th. They don't respond to emails. Had to chase them down on Instagram to get an update on my order and after a few messages they said that the product wasn't even in stock. Why don't you at least update your customers on this? Saw some other disappointed buyers in their comments section with no updates on their orders
