*CHANGED MY REVIEW - AS PROMISED* After leaving the below review yesterday, I did get contacted by the company who apologised and confirmed they could see the delay in tracking and would see what they could do about it. I then got a notification a bit later in the day that the delivery was on it's way! I am incredibly happy to report that I just received it this morning, on time for my friends birthday tomorrow. Therefore, I am adding this comment and changing my star rating from 1 to 4. Thank-you! **ORIGNAL REVIEW BELOW** Ordering was fine, I ordered on Friday 8th May for a friends birthday, which is on Saturday 16th May. As this was only 8 days away, I paid extra for delivery within 1-2 business days. I assumed this meant, as I ordered on Friday, that I would receive this no later than Tuesday. Monday morning I received a notification from them to say they have sent it to Royal Mail tracked, with a tracking number. Sadly, that is where the good service ends. It is now Thursday, two days before my friends birthday, and the tracking website has not moved since Monday morning. I have attempted to contact Cherry Blossoms by email (on their contact us section on their website) and by using their chat and have had no response or even acknowledgement that they have received my messages. I understand that once they have given it over to the delivery company they lose an element of control but I would have thought that given my frantic messages at the beginning of the day they would have responded by now and offered some reassurance (either send another one through or chased with the delivery company) to me that they were doing something. Also I expect a refund on the extra I paid for a quick delivery as this has not been quick! It looks exceedingly unlikely that I will get this order now by Saturday. If I do, I will gladly change my review to a higher starred one - but I am not holding out much hope. Right now I am feeling doubtful I will receive anything at all! Very disappointing!
I have bought from CherryBlossom Hijabs many times and have always been pleased with their quality of products and service . Everything is perfectly packaged and delivered on time. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. They are not professional at all and constantly lie about your order being dispatched. I placed an order on 19th March and have still not received it. They take ages to reply to their emails and once they do, they just lie about them. Just to add onto the review, I did finally receive my order and the company did try to offer me a 20 pound voucher to spend in their store. I told them I didn’t want the voucher as I didn’t want to spend more money in their shop.
Ordered some bags from here and they came faulty. One had beads already fallen off and another doesn’t even close properly. I emailed them about it a month ago but didn’t get any response at all, which is really frustrating. Going to have to open a dispute with my bank now to try and get this sorted.
Customer service was very friendly when helping me with my order. They offered a solution and I received my order quickly. The hijabs look very pretty and are good quality :) Would recommend!

Amazing scarves ,unique prints and high quality fabric I ordered twice as I was really happy with my first purchase and although I had an issue with my second purchase their customer service were really helpful and friendly.
Ordered 3 scarves on 20th October and today is 28th October, no sign of dispatch. Emailed them twice and was told to wait 2-3 days more for delivery and its already gone, still no update what so ever. They keep sending marketing emails but fully failed to deliver. Extremely poor
