Bought a chimney sheep to block out wind noise. But it hasn't made a bit of difference even though it was advertised as reducing wind noise.

Have had ours for a couple of weeks now and am convinced it’s making a huge difference. Weather is still mild at the moment but we see a BIG difference in the draught that we were getting from the chimney, so have to assume the heat from the house isn’t escaping, and it cuts the noise down. Really good experience end to end, good website, arrived on time, really easy to fit and it fits perfectly. Can’t believe we never had one before such a cheap way to stop that draught. 6/11 just wanted to update my review as it’s bonfire night this weekend and normally we would have had firework noise from the chimney spooking the dogs. The chimney sheep has really blocked the noise, along with the draught exclusion this product just gets better and better.
Really good chimney draught blocker. The wool pads come in all sizes and ours fits perfectly. Very effective without causing condensation. Ordered 2 Chimney Balloons and a Pump through their sister company ChimneyBalloons.co.uk - only 1 Balloon arrived. I've tried to call, email and leave messages on Facebook with no responce. I've also written on their Facebook page but they deleted the post. Having to take them to trading standards it seems now.
I found the company really helpful and pleasant to deal with. I've had the sheep over a week now and I can honestly say it has dramatically cut down on heat escaping and made a huge difference to noise when it was windy. Highly recommend this company and products.

Taylor has given me the best customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a chimney Sheep a couple of years ago from another supplier which fell apart over Christmas. I found out that this other company had been selling the old version ( new version much stronger handle and impregnated materials that repel insects etc you might get down chimney in bird droppings) Taylor kindly sent me a new one Free of Charge to maintain their reputation how cool is that many thanks Taylor your company deserves to do well
