Fast delivery! Good packaging.
Fast delivery, products good but unfortunately I had an item missing. After going back and forth and explaining I had to purchase the missing item again, I’ve got no where!!I was told cctv footage was checked and proved the parcel was packed securely and everything was there. But it was not! I was even asked if I had any video proof of myself unpacking the parcel to prove it wasn’t in there! Not in the habit of filming myself unpacking products I assume will be in there. Very frustrating! Won’t be risking purchasing from this company again!

My delivery was delivered to the wrong address, three doors down from my salon. I had to leave my clients and carry all the heavy boxes back to the salon myself. Very disappointed.
