This company started out good and fun. However, when I decided to play for real cash I did a very small purchase just a little over $5 with no problem. But when I try to make a purchase spending $20 plus their system told me they could not accept my card that I had just used 10 minutes prior. 24 hours later I noticed my bank account had a deduction from them. I have spent hours trying to regain a refund to no avail. How can you system say you can't use this card but then you take my money anyway 🤔 let's make it make sense! I've truly learned my lesson and I hope no one else gets robbed by Chumba Casino!

Out of all of the social casinos I’ve played on Chumba has the best customer support! Anytime I’ve had any issues they’ve been quick to respond to support tickets and helped rectify the issue quickly!
I no longer play at Chumba. I played there for 2–3 years and only cashed out maybe two or three times total. They used to give a small amount of free SC for logging in — not much, but at least something. The last time I played, I spent $100, and by the next morning even the free SC were gone. After doing a lot of research on Chumba and other sweepstakes sites, it’s clear that Chumba has one of the lowest PTR/RTP rates out there, which means your chances of winning anything meaningful are slim. They offer many of the same games as other platforms, but you’ll end up spending three times as much just to win a few cents. They also don’t offer daily challenges or ways to earn extra free SC. If I’m not mistaken, they even went to court years ago to lower their PTR rate. And honestly, any site that isn’t transparent — especially one that doesn’t let you check your full play history — is not going to pay out the way more transparent platforms do. At this point, I’m not sure how they’re still operating under sweepstakes rules.
Same Ole shit with chumba. Haven't been onthe site in months. Matter of fact as of today, its the first this year spending any money on chumba. Well 20 cash for 80sc, OK ill do it. Of course nothing, no line hit that was over my bet that 80 was gone in minutes. It took longer to sign back in since I can't sign in with fb anymore than it took to lose the 80 sc. No good can't win support is off the wall crazy. They will lie to you in emails and fix nothing. I used to put money on and wins average out in the end, but now nothing. I bought the wrong package that's on me but asked if they could fix it. Told me nothing but to read it better. So they can keep that 10. Nothing good from this site since a lost bingo
