I was hoping with the last response i got, that the tables would be at least better chat wise. But it’s not. I think i’m done playing on chumba. I really enjoyed it for the last 2 years playing on here but i think it’s time for a long break. Thank you guys for the big wins at points. On April 21, 2026, someone hacked into my account and charge $2100 on two of my credit cards. All the charges was done back to back $300 each time they never had my three digit code, but somehow Chumba approved the charges. When I contacted Chumba through email, the only response I received is that my account is deactivated and I need to reverse the chargebacks. I had $1850 maon my winnings that I never received. Their response was I canceled the payout which I never did so I lost my $1850 plus. To $2100 that they allow someone to charge on my credit card. I tried to contact them with no response. The only response I received was I need to reverse the chargebacks on my credit card.. be aware that if you have your credit card on file, they allow other people to charge on your credit card and say that you’ve done it. Please be careful with this site. The bank refused the bank to credit my $2100 and chum a never paid me my winning. All they did was disable my account so I lost the $2100 and 1850..
