From start to finish yesterday faultless service, John and Nyle then Lucas and Peter have arrived on time every day, cleared up each evening. Fitted with expertise and knowledge. Right from the outset I have been impressed by your company and its customer service. The surveyor who made the initial visit was most helpful and informative. I was also pleased that he promised a short break before fitting and this is what happened. The two fitters who visited - Callum and Riley - were sheer quality. Polite, helpful, efficient and so, so tidy. I cannot believe how clean they have left my conservatory. I would also add that the work looks great. My conservatory now looks smart, clean and tidy. So impressed and very very happy. We had our conservatory roof insulated on Tuesday 27th January 2026 and already can see and feel the difference! We wish we had this done earlier! From start to finish the company were great and very professional. The rep who came to give us the quote and the father and son team who fitted it were brilliant and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend.
The CI group were brilliant throughout the process of installing our new conservatory insulation. They initially visited to measure up and give us prices so we had a good idea of the cost. Booked us in as quickly as possible and on the day of installation the engineers were finished in three hours. Our conservatory now stays much warmer in the winter making the room much more useable. One thing to be aware of is the sealant used in installation can smell quite strong but that smell has disappeared after a couple of weeks.
CI have been great from start to finish. Keith the salesman was very polite, knowledgeable and not pushy, just like many reviewers have said about their own sales team experiences. The office staff were also lovely as well by keeping us all up to date with the whole process - we even got offered a last minute installation date meaning we'd not have to wait so long but sadly it clashed eith a medical appointment so we had to decline. But regardless, Keith and the office staff both deserve a big thumbs up. 👍 Most importantly though I'd like to give a huge double thumbs up 👍 👍 to the father and son installation team who fitted our conservatory ceiling today. Dad Callum and son Riley were lovely. They worked very hard as they worked highly professional, cleanly, carefully and were very conscientious. Callum even moved some furniture out of the conservatory for us as they were too heavy for me to move on my own then put it back when the job was done. They are a great team and a huge credit to your company.
All of the dealings with the company have been positive. From the initial consultation to the fitting. The fitters were great and left our conservatory clean and tidy. We already notice the difference in our house temperature.
The initial interview & discussion was really good - gentleman was very friendly & professional . Arranging the installation was seamless : everyone I spoke to on the telephone understood our needs & was accommodating. The installation itself was superb - fitters were very efficient,arrived on time ,finished inside expectations,explained process very well & tidied up brilliantly . Extremely happy with finished product and would highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic company to deal with from the rep Aaron to the office staff to the fitting team. I’ve had mine done today 👌.I wanted tiles and the whole works ( due to the research I did and horror stories I read). I vented all my concerns to the rep Aaron who assured me that my roof is fine and I don’t need the tiled roof it’s just aesthetically pleasing. He saved me thousands. I went with the c.h.r.i.s system (shocked myself) so glad I did. The finish is amazing. Our fitting team was luke & harry, both really friendly and like well oiled machines they never stopped. They got stuck in traffic which delayed them slightly (about half hr) but office had already called me well in advance so wasn’t too fussed. Luke is brilliant so efficient and thorough, kept me well informed on the process. From start to completed was about 8 hours. I was down to have a new finial also but this wasn’t passed onto luke so he didn’t come with a new one but has done his best to repair mine. He said because he’s done that it will be covered under their 10 warranty (although I paid extra for this) hopefully the office will be in touch regarding this. Overall though I’m very impressed it’s like a whole new room, it’s so bright and refreshing. We had 8 spots lights fitted into the roof which are fantastic but the downside again is they’re fixed so if a bulb goes I need a new light as you can’t just replace them. Back to Luke & Harry They cleaned up after themselves inside and out from the cutting, they had a sheet over our flooring to protect it. At the end of the day I’m thrilled with it and I’d definitely highly recommend CI group. I already have a few friends and family that I will be recommending these to. Update to the above 20th January (next day). Office phoned me this morning. Finial & ridge getting ordered and sorted in the next 2 weeks. After care so far is absolutely top class and can’t fault them.

Request for help and advice regarding our conservatory was unbelievably quick in coming. I placed a query on a Friday and everything was sorted by the following week. The response was amazing, the whole team were friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. I was delighted with the enthusiasm of the representatives who called at our home to help. All our dealings with this company have been positive from start to finish. Richard who did the quote was very informative, but not pushy and the office staff have been friendly & helpful. Paul, James & JJ who came to do the insulation worked hard all day in freezing conditions & the finished installation has totally changed the look of the conservatory for the better. Everything was left neat & tidy at the end of the day. We have already lost our walk in freezer & look forward to being able to make use of the conservatory through winter & summer now. Many Thanks
CI Group were easy to deal with, and explained every stage of the process, from the initial visit to show us the options and provide a quote, followed by a more detailed survey and through to the installation. The installation work itself was carried out efficiently and with as little disruption to us as possible - the workmen were friendly and did a really high quality job. We are extremely happy with the end result - our conservatory is significantly warmer and quieter and looks amazing.
