Hi so the product itself arrived in a good shape and I am very happy with the results however the packaging that the product came in was very damaged and looked like it had been opened by somebody like the cardboard was ripped and by the look of it it had been treated very badly which I am very disappointed about because I don’t actually know if the product that I received is in original or if it has been replaced by something because it was it was actually very scary to look at but I did not remember to take many pictures but I do have some pictures that shows the damaged cardboard and packaging as I said I’m very happy about the actual product itself but it’s so disappointing to see that my package it was not being taken care of in a good way and that it was damaged so yeah

Purchased a handbag was delivered to post office went to pick it up to find empty box, its been over 2 weeks and coach not given my refund even after sending all the proof.
Beautifully made handbags. However, given 4 stars because the coach tag that is attached to the handles has fallen off on two bags. One of the bags I only used three months and was not daily use. When I contacted Coach, they stated does not come under their warranty. I know it’s a minor concern. But surely I am not the only one that’s had issues with this. Otherwise quality of the leathers used are one of the best!
