The whole process takes about three days unless your package reaches them on a Friday, so then it might be Monday before you are all done. The service was exactly as described. Send in pictures of the coins, have a call about them, get an estimate emailed to you, UPS coins to them. I got a bank wire payment in one day. I am not a coin expert and will never know the exact value of the coins. However, the payment was certainly in the fair range and it could not have been easier.
Update: I have spoken with the company and agree with their response below. The company was responsive and timely; however, i was offered slightly below melt value for the 5 "test" coins I submitted to check their process. None of the coins were rare ( ungraded Morgan dollars from 1878-1881). They appraised the coins at less than melt value. The coins were "appraised" at less than $60 each, while NGC rates the melt value of all Morgan dollars at $65.97 on 5/12/26. The company is looking for the needles in the haystacks, not purchasing someones collection and helping a family clear inherited collections from an estate, as stated many times on their website. All collectors are looking for the needles. Most collections do not have any.

They replied back so quickly, I don't know how they could possibly assess any of my coins within less than five minutes. Needless to say, they made it clear they don't buy "modern" coins because of the volatile market for it. And we're talking about coins that are well over 25 and 50 years old and more. But okay. I still had older coins to discuss and said as much inquiring well how old of coins are you looking for? No answer. Just rude. So of course I'm not going to try to use them for my rarer older coins just because of that attitude and lack of response. Awful. I told them they need to let it be known more obviously on their site that their so picky about the age of the coins. Will I get a response? No. These are some uppity North Carolinan folk that think they're too good for small pickings.

I had 38 coins I received in a trade. I first looked at the selling price on EBay. If you’ve ever done business with eBay you already know they charge 13.6% then you need to constantly monitor your account and ship immediately. I read the reviews about Coinfully and decided to give them a try. Of course their offer was a little less than what I would’ve received on eBay. The following day I took my coins to a local coin shop dealer. The shop offered to pay me spot pricing on for example one coin that was valued at $1600.00. In essence they offered me $73.00 for the coin. After much consideration I emailed my contact at Coinfully. Listen these guys are polite, efficient and fair on thier offers. I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone 100%. The coins arrived today and by 4 PM the wire transfer was in my account. They even reimbursed my for the shipping cost. Great people, great service!!
GREAT experience from beginning to end! I was looking to liquidate my late father's fairly large and varied coin collection. He had many coins from China, UK, and Canada, as well as US. Most were gold, some silver. I didn't trust any local shops to either have the knowledge, resources to pay, or ethics to handle it. I looked to larger cities near me but felt uneasy about transport and trust. I did a lot of research and came upon Coinfully. I did more digging into them and couldn't find any terrible reviews. Trustpilot score was high. I liked the idea that they would appraise the collection in my home. No transport/shipping worries. I sent some pictures of the "better" coins and received contact right away. An appointment was scheduled with Matthew. He arrived on time and appraised the collection and provided us with the value of the collection and the offer for the collection. The appraisement was slightly better with the research we had done on our own, and the offer was better than I expected, honestly. Payment arrangements were made for a wire transfer to my bank. Here's where it gets interesting, but it makes me want to give Coinfully kudos even more. There was an issue with the transfer to my bank (not a problem with anything Coinfully did). The bank was overly cautious of such a large transfer and sent me an email, but I did not see/respond to it soon enough. They rejected the payment. About the time was contacting the bank after I did see it, I got a call from Travis at Coinfully, saying the transfer was rejected and could we setup a different transfer to another bank. We did that, and the transfer went through without a hitch this time. To me, this speaks of Coinfully's integrity throughout this entire process. From start to finish I feel I was treated fairly, honestly, respectfully, and with integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or avail of their services.
