They supposed to had my son furniture delivered on May 4 and it's still not here from Maryland to Illinois and Noone knows where the truck at the lady keep reaching out to see had it been delivered no delivered keep giving him the run around about his things what is really going on the last time he heard they were in Virginia still no show where is your truck and where is my son furniture I believe he made a bad mistake hiring this company so beware I will write another post I'm just warning people if they don't know where my son furniture at becareful about this company and my son furniture this is ridiculous where where is your truck

We are so pleased with how Colonial made moving across country stress free. From the start Derexel gave me a quote for moving that was true. We were able to add boxes or items till 5 days before the move and every price point was true no surprise costs in the end. As long as you tell them what is being moved onto the truck you will not have a surprise in cost.Also Bernadette was another contact person that called just to review the move and assist in us getting in touch with the driver. The driver and his loading staff were so polite and efficient. Anotoly the driver is with your load the whole time. He kept me updated and he was on time and delivered within the window given. We highly recommend Colonial Van Lines to anyone moving out of state or clear across the country like we did.

Colonial Van Lines did an excellent job moving my parents from Maryland to Ohio. Both the loading crew and the unloading crew were incredible—hardworking, efficient, detail-oriented, and very careful with everything they handled. All of the furniture was thoughtfully protected, transported safely, and then carefully reassembled and placed exactly where it needed to go in the new home. Nothing was broken, nothing was lost, and the whole process was handled with professionalism and care. Moving can be stressful, especially for parents making a big transition, but the crews made the experience feel smooth and well-managed. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Colonial Van Lines.
I recently completed a cross-country corporate relocation from California to Texas using Colonial Van Lines, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The team handled a partial pack for my two-bedroom apartment and treated everything with great care and professionalism. They even moved a very heavy safe with ease. Pickup and delivery were both completed within the promised windows, and the driver and packing crew were punctual, courteous, and highly professional throughout the move. It is rare today to find a company that delivers this level of customer service, organization, and follow-through on a cross-country relocation. From the beginning contact to picking up and the final drop off this was an excellent experience. Marico and Marcus were great guys to pick our furniture up. They had excellent attitudes, when they talked to us about things that came up always with a smile. I will use them again when necessary. The price was reasonable as well.
