Such a huge disappointment. Bought a wheelchair from Debenhams online shop.. within 1 hour of delivery I asked for return as item faulty and wheels didn't turn... I have now been sending photos and emails daily for over a week only to receive 1 response daily. They have offered 45% refund and keep chair.. wheels are buckled... I've said NO - full refund and collect... This is hazard in an elderly ladies household.. No one cares or will take responsibility. Debenhams Bot is a farce too, just repeats the same requests, which are all actioned. I'm stuck with huge box in my lounge holding a broken wheelchair, the money has been taken from my account NO ONE WILL HELP Scammers

I didn't have any difficulty placing my order and I was especially pleased that the shoes I ordered came in half sizes. Although my Oxford shoes are not real leather, they are lovely shoes nonetheless - they do not look 'cheap'. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arrived and frankly I didn't waste time putting them on (without needing to break them in) because they fitted perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you.

Bought 2 watches. Needed to change strap cannot get a strap in this country. Cannot wear and cannot sell on. 2 watches just over £150 date of purchase approx bought other items also
One of the worse customer service, I clearly put my order number in the Subject line and also mentioned it in my original email, yet the replied was asking me for the order number; after once again provided my order number, she replied saying she is unable to investigate my order without my email address...... yet she is emailing me, this is clearly very poor working ability and low quality of the customer service.
I have used Debenhams for years. Unfortunately our most local store closed down, which left me no choice but to buy online. I have never had any reason to complain, and can only but praise your service. I do miss picking up samples though. Kind regards Elaine Holmes.

I needed some storage boxes, in a specific size, to store clothes in a built in cupboard. I found a set of four fabric containers on the Debenhams website which were just right. They had handles on the end making them really easy to pull out of the cupboard. Really good price, although p&p was quite expensive. Even with p&p they were cheaper than I could find elsewhere (and nowhere else had the right size)! They were dispatched and delivered really quickly. Excellent product & service.
Placed order and after receiving email confirmation I was charged £ 14.99 delivery. Queried with customer service and told I was signed up for unlimited delivery.Told they couldn’t cancel this. I looked up on their website and you have 14 days to cancel, I have emailed them to cancel, will wait and see what happens Don’t buy from this company!

Debenhams were great - good price, quick delivery. The item - Regatta Holcombe Women's walking boots- below par. Used to love Regatta, but they have obviously gone for cheap insoles 'techfoam' - like a memory foam for feet - doesn't last a week. Will not buy any more.
Disappointed with @Debenhams. Ordered a 5ft bed, Yodel only delivered the headboard & said the rest was coming later, but marked the whole order as 'delivered'. Chat is offering a useless 50% refund. I just want my bed! Can someone help?"
