Placed an order for 3 items, received in split deliveries over the course of a couple of weeks. All items received in good condition. Happy with my order. Autosubscribed to marketing emails which i keep having to unsubscribe from.

I was charged for “Priority Delivery Support” without my consent. This add‑on was automatically added at checkout, and I did not opt in. Optional extras must be opt in under UK consumer law, yet this fee appeared on my order without any action from me. When I queried it, I was told it was “non‑refundable” due to company policy, even though I never chose it. Company policy does not override consumer legislation. Customers should be aware that this charge is added silently and looks like part of the delivery cost. Check your basket carefully, as this is not made clear and is very easy to miss.
No complaints, always find decent pieces here at cheaper price points than elsewhere for the same products. Just bought a lovely ottoman that was double the price elsewhere for example

Tried to checkout dor vitamins but they keep adding their scam package for delivery of 17£ which is like impossible to remove, so i wont be buying there
Ordered an egg chair with cushion. First delivery was the egg and the base, no stand or cushion. Messaged them, got told to give it a week. A week later the stand arrived, but still no cushion. Contacted them again, told give it a week, week later still no cushion. I then received a message saying, it had been sent out, I had to check all round my property outside to check it hadn't been left and it hadn't been left with a neighbour, I then had to declare that I hadn't received it, that i had checked my grounds and neighbours and if I was found to be lying I would be prosecuted. So declared not received. I then get a message saying the supplier was sending me another one, so waited a week, still no cushion, contacted them again, to be told, to apply for a refund through a link. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the cushion. I waa just going round in circles so followed the link, I waa then informed the 15 day window had passed so I couldn't have a refund. So BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM DEBENHAMS, unless you want to spend the next month fighting with them for missing items.
I returned a dress on February 17th. I have contacted Debenhams with proof of return several times. Today May 18th I received an email to say I will be refunded in the next 14 days... its crazy that its taking this long. I can't get over how poor this service is. Will never order from them again.
23 days for a refund. Shocking. This is the reply I got regarding my query which was very quick, the only good thing about this process. Thank you for providing those details. I can see both items were returned to different suppliers on 4th May and 8th May from the UK, and you have confirmation they've been delivered back. Since both returns were posted over a week ago (we're now at 18th May), they should be within the normal UK processing timeframe. UK returns typically take up to 14 days from the posting date to be received at the warehouse and processed. Based on your return dates: - **Item returned 4th May**: Should be processed by approximately **18th May** - **Item returned 8th May**: Should be processed by approximately **22nd May** The refunds may still be processing through our system. Once your returns are scanned into our warehouse, we'll send you an email confirmation, and then the refund will be issued to your original payment method. After that, it can take a further 5 working days for card payments to appear in your account. If either refund hasn't appeared by the dates above, please get back in touch and we'll investigate further for you.

Very slow and poor customer service Ordered items on next day delivery and received 2 weeks later after event I had purchased for Customer service stated dates they would reply by but these repeatedly lapsed
Ordered two dresses of which I’d had similar before so more or less knew they would fit. I didn’t want to have to return them as I think that’s a bit of a hassle. The next day free delivery was excellent & on time.
