DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I strongly do not recommend this dry cleaning service. My experience raises serious concerns regarding both service quality and professional standards. The establishment failed to meet the agreed delivery timeline, citing that additional time was required to remove stains. However, when the garments were eventually returned, the stains remained entirely unchanged, calling into question whether the promised cleaning process was performed with reasonable care or diligence. In addition to the unsatisfactory service, the customer support experience was extremely disappointing. The individual handling the phone call was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacked even basic customer service training. Rather than addressing the issue or offering any remedy, the response was rude and unhelpful. From a consumer standpoint, this experience demonstrates a failure to deliver services with the reasonable skill and care expected under standard consumer protection principles. Customers entrust businesses with valuable clothing, and at minimum expect transparency, accountability, and respectful communication. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before using this service, as the quality of work and level of professionalism did not meet basic expectations.
