You gave REALLY bad advice, saying that check in closes two hours before the ferry departs. I chose my ferry at 08.30 so as not to get up too early. When you sent the confirmation, you said that I have to check in by 06.30am so I had to get up at 05.30am, this was something I wanted to avoid. However because of your lies and misinformation I had to get there for 06.30. The guy at the desk told me to come back later. I went back to my hotel for breakfast and I came back to check in at 08.00 and all was fine with that. Thank you for ruining my sleep and ruining my morning. I won't book with you again, no way. You just waste peoples time.
