Took me a few tries to get the nails on so they won’t pop off. I think the third time is the charm. They are great nails and I get compliments on them all the time.

update May 6: I received an email reply which seems very AI-ish, justifying the price I was charged & claiming the prices I saw in the spring promo were actually in another bundle. I made screenshots & saved the spring promo site in wayback machine as well, so not sure how this justification can work, but we'll see what customer support says to the screenshots. Original review May 4th: just placed an order for their spring bundle - claiming 9EUR/ set (2+2) I ended up having to pay 12.5 EUR/ set plus an additional 18 euros for things that are supposed to be free in the bundle (remover + file). What gives? This can't just be a VAT discrepancy it's too much. When emailing support, I get an autoreply of being backed up, not to send another email. The claim on the checkout page saying "due to an internal system change, your order may currently take a little longer to ship than usual" seems more suspicious in light of the above.. Is this company in trouble? Will I ever see a partial refund or the products? Remains to be seen.. Will update depending on what happens next..
Already getting compliments and was so impressed that customer service replied to my email immediately and answered all my questions and concerns. I am so excited to stop using gel nails and the UV light. That was damaging my nails. This will be such a wonderful way to have nice healthy nails.
