When I opted for BVB DEW21 tariff never thought I would win any ticket to watch a match . But it did come true … i received an email from DEW21 and was at match day … wonderful experience with Strobels where we had some food and beer . Overall experience with DEW21 was good … and much appreciated for the efforts from all the staff who accompanied us Including Diego .. who made us comfortable and took care of everybody… thanks for wonderful experience
It's humiliating to be a client if this company. They have rude customer service, never respond to clients' requests, waiting time is enormous. My wish is to see the owner of this company and all his family burn in hell!
