I was about to enter into a cooperation with Bahar Doğan Clinic, but after reviewing the contract carefully, I decided not to sign. In my opinion, the contract was extremely one-sided. For example, I was expected to publish a positive Google/Trustpilot review, create permanent social media content, keep an Instagram highlight active, and grant the clinic worldwide, unlimited usage rights to my content. At the same time, important medical details were not clearly defined: Which teeth exactly? Which material? What kind of guarantee? What happens in case of pain, complications, corrections, or additional costs? There was also a €5,000 contractual penalty, and negative statements about the clinic were supposed to be prohibited. What made it even more concerning was the reaction of the intermediary. When I said the contract had been reviewed critically, she basically told me that she did not care what my legal department said and that she had not asked me for feedback. For me, this did not feel professional or trustworthy. I therefore decided not to move forward. My clear advice: Do not sign anything blindly. Do not rely on verbal promises. Get everything in writing and have the contract checked before agreeing to anything.
I had an excellent experience with Bahar Doğan and her team. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt safe, welcoming, and very well organized. The entire team works with great coordination, which made everything smooth and stress-free. As someone who has dental phobia and past trauma, I truly appreciated their patience, kindness, and understanding. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and never rushed the process. Their customer service is outstanding, and they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about dental visits.
I was recommended this place from a "friend" who works with them here in Norway, had to pay 750 euro in deposit to her. I trusted her because she helped me with an other treatment in Istanbul. Worst clinic from the dental treatment, to service all over. 10 years warranty is completely bulls***!! Only to get costumers... I was there in late november, as soon as i got my veneers, i saw that my front tooth had discoloration, and the fitting was poorly done. I also got the wrong color. I had to go to new place and pay and do it all over again. Because of their bad work my gums were so infected and bleeding. While my front tooth was turning more and more gray, showing symptoms of nerve damage because of lacking prep work..They also forced me to make a video for them to say how happy i was, and i said no at least 10 times. They followed me and would not take no for an answer. And posted it without my permission. They take no accountability what so ever, and try to blame the pasient. They never gave me the paperwork they promised over email. No receipt no nothing. After complaining they told me the swelling in my gums were hormonal changes and i could buy a cream to fix the problem😂 After my new dentist wrote that this was completely wrong and told them the problem they said they would check with the dentist who did my teeth, and i never heard back from them. My so called "friend" also stopped replying me after we wrote a complaint. Probably because she knew they would do this. Wish i could post pictures here of the before and after. It was so BAD. Pure SCAM.
I am super duper satisfied with the service I would like to thank Hossejn and Fatimah for the support and assistance all through my experience. J was also impressed by the amount of people working at Bahar Fogan for bringing an all wonderful experience and most happy about having my smile back. Thank you very much to Hossein and the Team.

This clinic is amazing. I had a very positive experience with everything. Hasan was extremely helpful with coordinating my treatment plan as well as my hotel and transportation needs. It's a shame, the clinic and reception are good, as are the treatments, but BEWARE!!! They offer a lifetime guarantee that doesn't exist! I had a tooth crack after 5 months! I warned them and they're no longer responding!!! You'll be blacklisted... So, false advertising regarding the guarantee and nonexistent customer support...
